Paul has been a resident of Contra Costa County for the past 40 years. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with B.S. Degree in Business with an emphasis in finance and real estate.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Paul is an active member of the greater Walnut Creek area and has served as board member of the California Apartment Association. He is a current Member and Certified Property Manager Candidate for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); Member, Associate of the California Department of Real Estate Brokers; and Contra Costa MLS-Realtor.
Paul Chahin: Owner, President
Susanne has over 10 years experience in the property management industry, and has a B.A. in Communications from University of California at Santa Barbara, and a CCRM designation from the California Apartment Association. Susanne began her property management career as a maintenance technician for the family business in the East Bay and has had the unique experience of being an owner, a renter, and property manager. She is bilingual (English and Spanish) and is responsible for a portfolio of properties in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Susanne is most satisfied when she hears that people are happy in their new home and always is excited to make house hunting as easy as possible and help find the right place for future residents. In her free time, Susanne enjoys spinning fire poi and hiking with her dogs.
Zolzaya Ganbat, Accountant
Zolzaya is a well-trained accountant with solid financial background and over 9 years of experience in the field. Her technical expertise in accounting and financial management along with her exceptional work ethic, commitment to the highest quality and ethical principles have made her successful in providing various accounting services for our valued clients. At SPM, she is responsible for diverse accounting functions including preparation of property financial statements, bank reconciliations, tenant statements, accounts payable/receivable functions, and month, quarter, and year end closings. Her educational background includes post graduate training in finance and accounting at the University of California, Berkeley and Bachelor degree in Business Administration with accounting major. Zolzaya is highly proficient in Yardi, an accounting system SPM utilizes. She married and enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and friends.
Kathy Paul has been with SPM since 2004 doing various office duties and leasing. She is our Senior Leasing Consultant and has been in property management for eight years. She excels in matching prospective renters with the perfect home. Kathy originally comes from Bellingham, Washington where she practiced Real estate. She came to California 10 years ago seeking sunshine! Kathy is a “people person†and loves illustration when time permits.

He assists with the development of new policy and procedures as well as acquiring new business accounts. Andrew has experience in managing Class A business towers, retail strip centers, large and small multifamily communities, rehab and condo conversion projects. Mr. Bowen holds a C.C.R.M designation and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
